For as long as I can remember I've had a deep affinity for dogs. At some point our family dog, a Doberman, moved in with us. Through my keen interest in dogs I gathered hands-on experience early. Under my lead, our Doberman became a controlled, obedient companion. As I grew up, I made my dream of having my own dog come true.

Choosing the breed and the source took me over a year of intensive research to meet my own high standards. I was aware of the responsibility that came with it, read many specialist books, and after Emma moved in attended a number of seminars. From Emma I learned that dogs have individual needs. She shaped my approach to dogs decisively.

Once Emma was a grown four-year-old, I decided to enrich our small family with a second dog. So in September 2023 our youngest, Scar, moved in.
